With nearly four decades of experience spanning corporate leadership, entrepreneurship, nonprofit management, ministry, and business consulting, Jim Fatic helps growth-minded business owners uncover hidden opportunities, improve profitability, and build organizations that thrive with purpose.
After spending 15 years with The Walt Disney Company in promotions and marketing leadership, Jim went on to lead, coach, and advise organizations across industries including hospitality, healthcare, construction, recreation, nonprofits, and professional services. He has served as a business consultant since 2009 and currently works with business owners and executive leaders throughout the Southeast.

He is also an ordained Global Methodist pastor, bringing a values-based perspective to leadership, service, and personal growth.
